Three steps

Your first bilti in about ten minutes

  1. Set up your company

    Sign up, add your letterhead and logo, and name your branches.

  2. Add your parties

    Save consignors and consignees once, or add them as you write a bilti.

  3. Issue and print

    Fill in the bilti, finalise it, print both copies and hand one to the driver.

  • LR series per branch

    Each dispatch location keeps its own running number, starting again every financial year. Start from the number your book is on.

  • Freight worked out

    Enter bags and rate. Weight, freight and balance fill themselves in. Mark each bilti To Pay, Paid or To Be Charged.

  • Prints on your letterhead

    Your name, logo, GSTIN and terms. Original and duplicate on one A4 page.

  • Parties picked, not retyped

    Consignors, consignees and their addresses are saved once and chosen from a list.

  • Register and Excel

    Filter by branch, date, status or payment mode, see the totals, and download the register as a spreadsheet.

  • Staff logins by branch

    Give each clerk a login that sees and issues only their own branch's bilties.

Before you start

Can I continue my current LR number series?

Yes. When you add a branch you choose the number it starts from. If your book is on 249, your first WeBill bilti is 250. From the next financial year the series starts again at 1 without you doing anything.

I have more than one branch. Does each get its own numbers?

Yes. Each dispatch location has its own series, and its short code is printed in the number, as in 26-27/LKO/0142. Godowns in one city share that city's series.

Do I need to install anything?

No. WeBill runs in the browser on any office computer, and prints to your usual A4 printer.

What if I make a mistake on a bilti?

A draft can be changed freely. Once finalised, only the owner can change it, with a reason that stays on record. A bilti issued by mistake is cancelled, not deleted, so its number is never used twice.

Does the print show GST details?

Yes. Your GSTIN prints on the letterhead. You can add your own GST declaration and choose who is liable to pay GST, and both print on every copy.

Who can see my company's data?

Only the logins you create. Each company's records are kept apart from every other company's, and you can limit a staff login to the branches that person works at.

Is it really free?

Yes, while WeBill is in early access. There is no card to enter, and we will tell you well before anything changes.

Is the app available in Hindi?

Not yet. The app is in English for now, and the bilti terms it uses are the ones you already use every day.
